Norwich City captain Mark Fotheringham has put pen to paper on a new one-year contract at Carrow Road.
The 24-year-old midfielder was brought to the club by former manager Peter Grant and has set his sights on leading to the Canaries to promotion next season under new boss Glenn Roeder.
"I would like to thank the fans for their support last year after a disappointing season," he told the club's official website.
"I am delighted to have signed for another season.
"There's only one thing on my mind coming back for pre-season - to push as hard as humanly possible to reach the Premier League."
