Marshall's injury misery

Norwich City boss Peter Grant does not think David Marshall will play again this season after the goalkeeper sustained serious ankle ligament damage in the FA Cup fifth round defeat at Chelsea.

The 21-year-old, who is currently on loan at Carrow Road from Celtic, has had a scan on the injury that has shown he will be sidelined until May.

Grant said: "Marshall isn't great. He could be 12 weeks. Minimum.

"It's as bad as we thought it would be, so we'll just take it from there. He's up there in Sheffield and had the operation on it, so it's going to be 12 weeks minimum."
