Lappin pens new deal

Norwich midfielder Simon Lappin has signed a new contract at Carrow Road.The 27-year-old left-sided player has become a favourite under manager Paul Lambert and his new deal ties him to the Canaries until June 2013.He told the club's official website: "It goes without saying that I am over the moon about the new contract."Confidence is high at the moment and hopefully we can keep that going. I want to be a part of it."
