Charlton and Southampton are both clubs with a very good history and very nice grounds. "The geographical position of Norwich means you have got to live here to play here, so you have the prospect of living in Norfolk. "A lot of people would like to settle here with their families and the ones we pick will hopefully come with a great desire to try and get back up into the league above."
