Gradi threatens the chop

Crewe Alexandra boss Dario Gradi has confirmed that he would like to leave contract rebels Billy Jones and Jon Otsemobor out of his side.
The duo have both rejected fresh terms from the Railwaymen and have been given some stick from sections of the Gresty Road faithful.
Ahead of the clash with Tranmere Rovers, Gradi told The Sentinel: "I would prefer not to play either of them, but I don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face.
"But I will consider leaving Jon out this week, not because of the reception the crowd gave him, but because he is not playing particularly well.
"The fans think he's not committed because he's not signed a contract and he doesn't run about kicking people.
"But that is not his game and in his own way he is trying. He's a laid-back lad and despite all his attributes, that is why he is not playing at a higher level."
