Norwich City striker Jamie Cureton is raring to go as he starts the second spell of his career at Carrow Road.
The 31-year-old frontman rejoined City from Colchester United earlier this summer, having previously left Norwich in October 1996 to join Bristol Rovers.
During his first stint with the Canaries, Cureton netted six goals in 32 appearances.
He told the Evening News: "Some people say 'don't go back', but with me I never really had that first-team career, so my situation is a bit different.
"There will always be comparisons with what I've done before and big expectations and people are always going to question me coming back.
"But I'm more than happy to come back and hope to show the fans what I can do in my second spell here.
"I've always said that it would be a dream to come back and do it again. Now I've got that opportunity, so I'm more excited by it than anything."
