Norwich City chairman Roger Munby has pledged to give his total backing to manager Glenn Roeder in the summer as he looks to make major changes to the squad.
Roeder has led the Canaries away from relegation danger since replacing former boss Peter Grant in October, but the former Newcastle United boss has been forced to rely heavily on several loan signing.
Roeder will also lose Dion Dublin in the summer with the veteran striker set to retire.
"It's a matter of absolute commitment," Munby told the club's official website.
"The board will do everything in its power possible to meet the challenge Glenn will impose on us in the summer.
"There are a fair cohort of loan players and some who we know will be leaving the club in the summer - one in particular in Dion.
"They have to be replaced and the whole squad itself needs to be built and enhanced for next season and it's a big challenge."
