Canaries suffer Daggers defeat

Dagenham claimed a notable 1-0 scalp over Norwich as both sides continued their preparations for their respective campaigns following promotion.The Daggers started the brightest of the two sides and grabbed what turned out to be the only goal of the game in the 24th minute, summer signing Gavin Tomlin converting Danny Green`s low cross which was not dealt with.Both sides enjoyed half chances after the restart, with the lively Romain Vincelot coming closest to adding a second for the hosts when his header hit the underside of the crossbar and was cleared off the line.
