Canaries sign young Gunner

Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder has added Kieran Gibbs to his squad after snapping up the Arsenal teenager on a loan deal that runs until April 28.

The highly-rated midfielder has made two first-team appearances for the Gunners in this season's Carling Cup.

Gibbs, who scored nine times in 23 appearances for Arsenal's Under-18 team last season, signed professional forms with Arsene Wenger's side four months ago.

Roeder has already signed Reading duo Alex Pearce and James Henry as well as Middlesbrough defender Matthew Bates on loan deals this week.
