Canaries land Strihavka

Norwich City have completed the signing of Czech Republic striker David Strihavka on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old was the leading scorer in the Czech top-flight last season with 13 goals in 28 games for Banik Ostrava.

He had a brief trial with Watford last term, but failed to win a permanent contract at Vicarage Road.

Canaries boss Peter Grant has already landed five players - Jon Otsemobor, Matthew Gilks, Jamie Cureton, Julien Brellier and David Marshall - ahead of the new campaign.
