The 26-year-old winger had been linked with a switch to Carrow Road before the transfer window closed.
But Wilson told BBC Wiltshire: "He's not going anywhere, unless Norwich come in with a bid we feel is equal to our valuation."
Meanwhile, Wilson has granted youngster Charlie Austin a week's trial at the County Ground.
Austin, 20, scored 46 goals in as many games for non-league Poole Town last season.
"We certainly like the look of Charlie. He's got good feet and links the play well and has that knack of scoring goals," said Wilson.
