Ruddy repays high-flying Canaries

Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy believes he is now showing his best form after a "shaky" start to life at Carrow Road. The 24-year-old initially struggled to fill the boots of Fraser Forster after signing in the summer, but made a wonderful save on Monday to deny Middlesbrough winger Barry Robson in the 1-1 draw. He said: "I was very happy with that save. Maybe it was the difference between us taking a point, but you take it as it comes. "I think I owed the lads a few to be fair because I started off shaky, but some of my performances have been a lot better lately and we looked really solid as a unit. "It was difficult at the start of the season, but you learn to deal with it and mentally I'm strong. "The lads have been fantastic, the lads have been great and I come into every game with a lot of confidence. That's how it should be."
