Rhoys set to roll into Carrow Road
The left-back is out of contract at Selhurst Park and the Canaries have agreed a compensation package with the south Londoners.
Wiggins, who is currently receiving treatment for a knee injury, is now poised to discuss personal terms at Carrow Road.
Palace boss Neil Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser: "We've accepted an offer from Norwich for Rhoys."
