Norwich manager Paul Lambert was "reasonably happy" with his side`s performance during the goalless draw with Lincoln at Sincil Bank. Lambert made nine changes to the team which beat Newcastle 2-1 at Carrow Road last Saturday with only Elliott Ward and Simeon Jackson remaining in the starting line-up. Josh Dawkin and Jed Steer played the whole game while fellow youngster George Francomb was substituted in the latter stages as Lambert gave his fringe players some game time. Lambert told the club`s official website: "I thought there were some good things there. There were some changes from Saturday, Stephen Hughes was back after a lay-off and there were some youngsters as well so I was reasonably happy with what we did. "They're getting there and as I said Newcastle was a terrific game for us, this was a different test with lots of changes but that's pre-season."
