The relegation-haunted Seagulls were 10 minutes away from their first home win in League One under manager Gus Poyet when Grant Holt cancelled out Elliott Bennett's 21st-minute strike at the Withdean Stadium on Saturday.[LNB]Defender Gary Doherty then clinched maximum points for the Canaries by getting forward to head in a free-kick from Darel Russell and Lambert revealed that a heated half-time team-talk had helped turn things round.[LNB]He said: "I was angry at half-time. We had a lot of the ball without creating a lot. The second half was more like us and I got the reaction I was looking for.[LNB]"I felt we deserved it in the end. We really went for it and I'm delighted with the win."[LNB][LNB]
