The move comes after youngster Declan Rudd received a late call to link up with England's Under-19 side for the European Championships in Ukraine. England play their first game against Switzerland on Tuesday before further group matches against hosts Ukraine and Slovenia. A potential semi-final encounter would take place on July 30 with the final on Sunday August 2. Lee-Barrett, 25, was at Carrow Road as a scholar between 2001 and 2003 before leaving the club to have spells at Cardiff, Weymouth, Coventry and Hartlepool. He was released by Pools back in May but will now look to impress Bryan Gunn and earn a second chance with the Canaries.
