Norwich are back in the Premier League after just one season in the Championship, but who were the standout players in the Wembley showdown?
John Ruddy – 6

One-time England keeper did what little he had to do well, including one decent stop to deny Bamford a goal.
Russell Martin – 6

Skipper was solid at the back but missed a decent chance to wrap things up when he headed over in the second half.
Jonny Howson – 7

Broke up the play well, provided the midfield link with Redmond and Jerome in the first half. Booked.
Steven Whittaker – 7

Superb ball to Redmond for second goal. Dependable at the back and his runs forward kept Friend occupied.
Sebastien Bassong – 7

Lackadaisical clearance almost gifted Vossen an opening goal. But got his head to everything after that.
Martin Olsson – 7

A constant thorn in Whitehead’s side throughout the first half. Tracked back to keep Adomah at bay as well.
Alexander Tettey – 7

No-frills from the Norwegian. Sat in front of the back four and kept Vossen and Kike as quiet as possible.
Wes Hoolahan – 7

Ran himself into the ground as usual. Clever pass out wide set up Whittaker to supply Redmond’s goal.
Bradley Johnson – 7

Busy midfielder hit the crossbar early on. His short burst forward also played a major role in Redmond’s strike.
Nathan Redmond – 8

Fine display from the England Under-21 man, capped by finishing off City’s 17-pass move for the crucial second goal.
Cameron Jerome – 8

Showed strength to steal the ball from Ayala and then composure to beat Konstantopoulos for the opener.
