Holt should be fit to face Cumbrians

Holt was left out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Gillingham in midweek as he was nursing a shin problem but he should be fit to return in attack. Right-back Jon Otsemobor (hamstring) and Darel Russell (neck) are also in contention to return as the Canaries look for a win which could put them in the play-off places for the first time this season. Michael Nelson (ankle), Michael Spillane (hamstring), Matt Gill (knee) and Owain Tudur-Jones (groin) are all set for several more weeks on the sidelines while Lambert has been further weakened by the departures of Declan Rudd and Stephen Hughes. Teenage goalkeeper Rudd is away with the England Under-19 squad while Hughes is hopeful of winning his first Scotland cap in Japan. It remains to be seen whether goalkeeper Micheal Theoklitos will be involved after he went AWOL in midweek.
