Gunn still has Canaries believing

On paper the situation appears dire for the Canaries - they are three points adrift of Barnsley and safety going into the final game against Charlton. But Gunn insists the squad is optimistic they can survive in the Championship. "The players still believe we can stay up," he told the Evening News. "There was disappointment after the game on Monday, with the realisation that our fate had been in our own hands and now it isn't the case, but my parting line to them in the dressing room was 'Never give in'." He added: "We must focus on the chance we still have on Sunday and draw on whatever we use as our inspiration, and that is different for each of us."
