The Republic of Ireland international has fallen down the pecking order at Deepdale since the arrival of Danny Welbeck on loan from Manchester United.[LNB]Jon Parkin, Chris Brown and Neil Mellor also lie ahead of him and he has now decided to join Norwich's push for an immediate return to the Championship.[LNB]He will go straight into the squad for the League One clash with Yeovil at Carrow Road.[LNB]Boss Paul Lambert said: "I just feel it's vital we bring in somebody to boost the other lads, to keep them on their toes. He's different from what we've got. He'll chase lost causes and he'll do great for us, I think.[LNB]"The time to strike is when you're doing well, not when you're struggling. That's my thinking. If anything happens to somebody else you have to have other people to come in and give the rest a hand. That's always been my view."[LNB][LNB]
