Drury: Break will benefit City

08 September 2009 14:37
City are not in action again until they play MK Dons on Monday September 14 and Drury - who is nursing a few injuries from the 0-0 draw with Walsall on Saturday - is sure they will be more prepared for the clash with Paul Ince's side. He said: "It's the first break since the season started and it gives the gaffer and his coaches the chance on the training ground to go through some more stuff with us. "I picked up a dead leg early on against Walsall and then I caught the back of the guy's head when I went up for a header. "I have now got a lump on my face where I had a metal plate put in last year. "Hopefully nothing is seriously damaged so I'll have to give it a few days to see how it is."
