Culverhouse: Judge Gunn next term

30 May 2009 12:01
Bryan Gunn, Ian Butterworth and Ian Crook have been tasked with helping the Canaries regain their Championship status following relegation. Culverhouse, currently on the coaching staff at Colchester, played with the trio in the 1990s, and is looking forward to seeing them restore some pride at Carrow Road. "It's a great shame, it really is. I just hope they can get back quickly," he told the Norwich Evening News. "They have got three very good people in charge. I know them all personally and I spoke to Ian Crook a few days after, and he knows what they've got to rebuild and realises they need to get ready for the next campaign. "(Bryan) is now going to get to work on different ideas through a pre-season and a whole summer, to stamp his ideas and philosophies on the place and he'll be judged more on how it goes next season than the last one, and that's a fair judgment."
