Crook taking charge of reserves

The 46-year-old made over 400 league appearances for the Canaries and is looking forward to the challenge of guiding the next generation into the first team. He said: "It means I'll be working with the lads on a day-to-day basis and concentrating on their development. "The young lads did so well in the youth team last year and I'm looking forward to working closely with them all. "We want to get them to a level where they are ready whenever they are called upon."
