City youngster leaves Canaries

The 19-year-old Scot came through the Academy system and holds the record of being the club's youngest player having made his debut in the 2-1 win over Leicester at the Walkers Stadium in April 2007.[LNB]He then made two further appearances under Peter Grant at the end of the 2006/07 season but then suffered a displaced fracture of the tibia and fibula during an Academy match against Chelsea.[LNB]Renton was handed a professional contract in the summer of 2008 having regained fitness and joined local side King's Lynn on loan to get more first-team football.[LNB]With first-team chances limited at Carrow Road, he has spent the first part of this season on loan at Scottish Second Division side Brechin.[LNB][LNB]
