Oxford snap up Clarke and Kelly

Oxford have signed Northwich goalkeeper Ryan Clarke and Rushden & Diamonds winger Marcus Kelly, bringing their summer signings total to seven so far.Clarke, 27, started for the Vics in the 2-1 win over Oxford on the final day - his 23rd appearance for the club after his November move from Salisbury. Kelly, 23, made 157 league appearances for the Diamonds, his only club, but was told he could leave this summer. Clarke has penned a three-year deal, with Kelly signing for 12 months.
