Northwich complete double signing

Northwich Victoria have completed the signings of former Manchester City midfielder Jeff Whitley and Port Vale striker Kyle Perry. Northern Ireland international Whitley, 29, who has had spells with Sunderland and Stoke, joins the Vics after being released by non-league Woodley Sports.
