Joel Byrom's hat-trick helped ailing Northwich beat 10-man Rushden for their first victory in eight matches.The midfielder headed in on 13 minutes before Michael Corcoran was dismissed for a challenge on Luke Horrocks. Byrom latched onto Matt Crowell's free-kick to double the lead before a Michael Rankine penalty and a Robert Wolleaston shot levelled for Rushden.
