Sampson wants more Steele in goal

The 19-year-old arrived at the end of February as cover for injured first-choice Chris Dunn and has featured in three straight wins for the in-form Cobblers. Dunn is making good progress as he recovers from a knee operation but will not be rushed back, so Steele may continue his stay at Sixfields. Sampson said: "Chris is three weeks into his post-op and I think it will be another 10 days or so before he starts training again. "Jason Steele's loan runs out at the end of March but depending on Chris's situation, we might look at extending that."
