Little joins Cobblers on loan

Wolves right-back Mark Little has joined Northampton Town on loan.

The England Under-19 international will spend an initial month with the League One club.

The 19-year-old has made one first-team appearance for the Molineux outfit this season.

"We have sent a lot of our younger professionals out on loan to league clubs this season and they will have undoubtedly gained from the experience," Wolves boss Mick McCarthy told his club's official website.

"Because of the lack of reserve games over the Christmas period, Mark hasn't had much football and I feel that the opportunity to get a few senior outings with Northampton will be of real benefit."
