Saturday's meeting at Sixfields between the two sides will be the 58th time they have met on Northampton soil with Town triumphing on 29 occasions.

Southend certainly had the better of last season's corresponding fixture however, winning 5-2 at Sixfields in January, one of a number of home horror shows inflicted on Cobblers' fans in 2011/12.
