Cobblers boss Gray stays positive

Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray is staying positive despite his side being three points from safety in League One. After losing 3-2 to Southend he told BBC Radio Northampton: "I said to the players if they show that same effort and commitment we'll get out of it.
