Paul Buckle feels he has the squad to take on League Two The Gulls host Northampton in the season opener at Plainoor on Saturday looking to build on last season's 17th-placed finish on their return to the Football League. Highly-rated boss Buckle has added the experienced Guy Branston to his squad after a previous loan spell, as well as young striker Billy Kee, released by Leicester City but impressive in League Two with Accrington last season. "We've got two first-year pros (Ashley Yeoman and Ed Palmer) who it would be unfair to expect to start in the league at the moment, although they're coming along well," Buckle told the Herald Express last week. "But the other 19 pros are all capable of starting for us. "I am very happy with the application of the players, and how receptive they've been to the work we've given them."
