Northampton fans will be frantically working out the maths of those teams involved in the League Two dogfight Saturday's home horrow show against Bury left the Cobblers with just Burton Albion and two points standing between themselves and a resurgent Barnet who currently occupy the final relegation place. Burton have one of their rapidly dwindling games in hand away to Bury on Tuesday night and can leapfrog Northampton with a win. On Saturday the Brewers host Cheltenham while both Barnet and Northampton have to travel to face two sides currently in the promotion places in Bury and Wycombe Wanderers respectively. Another tough task then for Gary Johnson and his side and the Sixfields supremo must be worried that the downward momentum surrounding his team at present shows no signs of stopping.
