Aidy Boothroyd's squad will be weighed to see whether they have over-indulged slightly on their summer holidays before the hard work begins, usuallly with a lengthy jog/run to shed any extra pounds.
A sense of determination is likely to be on show from the squad after the way their 2012/13 campaign ended but they will also be confident of matching any other side in League Two on their day.
New signings Matt Duke and Ian Morris will be part of the squad after their moves to Sixfields this week while Boothroyd has also secured Roy O'Donovan on a permanent deal.
