Shots' Morgan hits stunning winner

Morgan twisted and turned past two defenders before smashing past Chris Dunn, minutes after Scott Donnelly had hauled the Shots level with a controversial penalty.[LNB]There was little sign of the late drama as the visitors coped far better from the outset with the driving rain and blustery wind.[LNB]It was no surprise when Northampton cashed in on their dominance, Adebayo Akinfenwa playing in Luke Guttridge who drilled under Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz on 18 minutes.[LNB]Aldershot improved after the break but were still unable to fashion any clear-cut chances despite a glut of possession.[LNB]But all that changed late on with Paul Rogers adjudged to have pulled back Anthony Charles. Donnelly's original spot-kick was saved by Dunn but encroachment saw the penalty retaken, and Donnelly made no mistake before Morgan hit the winner.[LNB][LNB]
