Top scorer Adebayo Akinfenwa turned in his 11th goal of the season to set the ball rolling before a brace from Billy McKay and a further strike from Luke Guttridge saw the Cobblers extend their unbeaten run to 11 games.[LNB]"It was a well deserved victory. Accrington can't have any complaints about the result, we were excellent," said Sampson.[LNB]"Our last three performances weren't that good but I was very happy with the way we played, we were patient and kept the ball well.[LNB]"I'm still trying to consolidate our position in the top half of the table. But we're on a good run and if we can keep it going we can start to look at the play-offs.[LNB]"We've got the momentum at the moment but there's always something around the corner in football to kick you in the teeth."[LNB][LNB]
