Sampson set to stick

Northampton manager Ian Sampson is set to name an unchanged side for the trip to Stevenage. The Cobblers returned to winning ways last weekend with a 2-0 victory over Stockport and Sampson could name the same XI. He said: "We've got one or two niggles but nothing too serious. "We haven't picked up any injuries in the week so hopefully I should have the same squad to pick from as I did last Saturday." Captain Andy Holt came off at half-time last week but should be fit to start - although his replacement Michael Jacobs did score against the Hatters. Kevin Thornton will be looking to keep his place in midfield after scoring last week while striker Tadhg Purcell remains the only injury absentee and he will not feature again this season as he nurses a knee ligament injury.
