Sampson seeking Cobblers keeper

Chris Dunn made two terrible errors in the 3-2 defeat at Burton a fortnight ago and was again at fault during Barnet's 3-1 win at Sixfields last Friday evening which cost manager Stuart Gray his job. Sampson is keen to replace the 21-year-old with an experienced keeper but admits he is not finding the task easy. He said: "We are looking at bringing in an experienced goalkeeper but that might not happen until Friday afternoon or even Saturday morning. "We are looking at a couple of possibilities but we can obviously either sign a player on loan or bring in a free agent. "We are always looking at bringing in players who will boost the squad and I think Chris Dunn will benefit from having that competition."
