Town, who are now unbeaten in five games in League Two, were second favourites for Saturday's Dean Court tie at kick-off, but early goals from Luke Guttridge and Ryan Gilligan gave them the win.[LNB]"That is the perfect way to start the new year. We were fantastic," said Sampson. "This is not an easy place to come but I thought we performed excellently and played with real confidence.[LNB]"We defended well as a team, especially in the second half. We made it difficult and we handled the physical threat of Steve Fletcher well.[LNB]"Ryan Gilligan has scored eight now, so we've got a goal-scoring midfielder. Our finishing looked very good but I thought we were brilliant all over the park.[LNB]"This is an important win in the context of the season - we've got momentum going now so we'll take it into the next game and the rest of the year."[LNB][LNB]
