Sampson plotting Ipswich shock

Northampton manager Ian Sampson is confident of masterminding another Carling Cup shock later this month when the Cobblers face Ipswich. Sampson's League Two side have already knocked out Reading and Liverpool and Sampson is keen to heap more misery on Town boss Roy Keane. The Cobblers were 2-0 up with four minutes left at Keane's Sunderland in the same competition two years ago before losing on penalties and Sampson wants to go one step further this time. He said: "Roy Keane was in charge when we nearly beat Sunderland a couple of years ago and he said that was one of his worst nights in football - hopefully we can do that to him again. "Of course we can win there. We're in the fourth round of the cup. If we can win at Anfield and at Reading then we can win at Ipswich."
