Sampson expecting transfer movement

Northampton manager Ian Sampson is braced for a busy few weeks in the transfer market at Sixfields. The Cobblers have yet to score in two League Two matches and Sampson is keen to add another striker to his squad, as well as shipping a few players out. He said: "Nothing is certain at the moment but I'm interested in a couple. "We might have two leaving as well but nothing is nailed on yet. "It would help if we could get one or two out before we got some new players in. "We're still looking at the striker situation, I've missed out on a couple that have decided to go to other clubs. We've got our eye on one who is not in this country at the moment but that might be a long shot."
