The 19-year-old made his first-team debut for the Gunners in their Carling Cup defeat at Burnley earlier this season and can play at right-back or centre-half.[LNB]Gray said: "As you would expect with any player from Arsenal, Paul is technically a very good player.[LNB]"He is very quick and powerful and he will benefit from being involved in a first-team squad at this stage in his career.[LNB]"He can play in more than one position and he will add to our squad for the next month. We have got a proud record of developing our own young players and helping to look after the young players we have borrowed from other clubs and I think that is why Arsene Wenger and the staff at Arsenal have been willing to let us borrow Paul.[LNB]"Hopefully he will come in and hit the ground running and I am pleased to have been able to bring two players in this week. We are still working hard to strengthen the squad further because I still think we are a bit thin on the ground."[LNB][LNB]
