John Sheridan wants his side to be fully aware of the threat posed by Ben Tozer's long throws for Northampton

Town head into Saturday's home game against struggling Plymouth as the clear favourites to get another three points in their battle to be promoted from League Two.

Asked about Tozer's ability to haul throw-ins into the opposition box, Argyle manager Sheridan told the Western Morning News:

"If you have got something that's effective, there is nothing wrong with using it."   Former Oldham and Chesterfield manager Sheridan has sparked an upturn in Plymouth's fortunes since taking over the Devon club and opposite number Aidy Boothroyd wants no complacency from his side having bumped into Sheridan and his number two Gary Owers a lot in recent weeks.   “They’re doing a lot of miles if they are going to these places from Plymouth so they are clearly very hard-working lads. he told the Chronicle & Echo.
