Alex Revell back from suspension to boost Northampton's attacking options

Alex Revell will return from suspension as Northampton host Isthmian League side Harrow Borough in the FA Cup first round on Saturday.

The striker missed the Cobblers' win over Bury last weekend after serving a one-match suspension but is available and should lead the line for Rob Page's side.

But Revell will face stiff competition from fellow striker Marc Richards after the 34-year-old scored a brace last weekend.

Northampton are currently searching for their third successive win in all competitions.

Meanwhile, Harrow Borough travel to Sixfields on the back of a convincing 3-0 FA Trophy qualifying round replay win over Herne Bay.

The seventh-tier side eased to victory on Tuesday night in front of 96 fans at Earlsmead Stadium as Marc Charles-Smith, Lewis Driver and Harry Newman staked their claim for a starting place in the big cup clash by getting on the scoresheet.

Striker Ibrahim Meite came off the bench in the Herne Bay win but is likely to return to the starting XI as he looks to show why Premier League champions Leicester handed him a trial last month.

Former Watford winger Michael Bryan is also expected to start, as is full-back Josh Webb - whose father, ex-England international Neil Webb, won the FA Cup with Manchester United in 1990.
