Minstermen In Positive Mood

York City are making a good fist of life back in the Football League

Northampton make the trip to Bootham Crescent on Tuesday night to face a side who lie 10th in League Two with only 3 defeats from their 15 games played to date.

The weekend saw York draw at home to AFC Wimbledon in the FA Cup meaning they will play the Wombles three times in quick succession similar to Town's battles with Bradford.

“It’s another game and they are coming thick and fast with Northampton on Tuesday and then Wimbledon here on Saturday and away on Tuesday," said manager Gary Mills.

"We will forget about this now, look forward to the draw and then get ready for the league games which are massive for us."
