Northampton will be without striker Leon McKenzie for the FA Cup first-round tie at Forest Green Rovers. McKenzie had scored five goals in three appearances before Tuesday night`s win at Lincoln but came off after injuring his thigh in the 50th minute at Sincil Bank. Manager Ian Sampson said: "Leon is ruled out for Saturday. "The top of his thigh is still a bit sore but we don't think it's too bad and we are hoping that if we ease him through next week he will be available for the Port Vale game." Defender Marcus Hall missed the Lincoln trip with a slight groin strain but could travel while playmaker Kevin Thornton should also be back after injuring his ankle falling down some stairs last weekend. On-loan Newcastle defender Ben Tozer is allowed to play in the competition so could keep his place while forwards Courtney Herbert (foot) and Tadhg Purcell (knee) remain sidelined.
