Holt plays down players split talk
The Cobblers travel to Bristol Rovers on Good Friday, two points inside the drop zone with seven games left.
"If you're top of the league and winning games then everything's fine and no-one cares about splits," he to BBC Radio Northampton.
"But we're struggling so people are trying to find things. Whether everyone likes each other or hates each other is irrelevant.
"What we need to do - and what we're trying to do - is get together as a team and get results on the pitch.
"There are always going to be arguments. I'm sure people argue even in Manchester United's dressing-room."
