Holt could return for Daggers test

Holt missed the 1-1 draw with Port Vale a fortnight ago with a groin problem but is expected to return after last weekend's trip to Darlington was called off.[LNB]Midfielder Luke Guttridge remains a doubt with a knee injury but could be a surprise inclusion.[LNB]Sampson said: "The break has at least given some of the injured lads longer to recover. Andy Holt may be back for Boxing Day and Luke Guttridge will be 50-50 but I don't think the rest will be fit for Boxing Day.[LNB]"The problem for Luke is we are struggling to get a lot of training into him with the weather as it is but we haven't ruled him out totally. He is in the latter stages of his rehab now and he is coming on. The country has been hit hard with snow and ice this week and a lot of clubs have been struggling for training facilities."[LNB]Liam Davis (foot), Chris McCready (hamstring), Steve Guinan (groin) and Abdul Osman (back) remain sidelined but goalkeeper Billy Lumley will be included after signing on non-contract terms.[LNB][LNB]
