Harrad braced for Cobblers switch

Northampton's hopes of signing Burton Albion striker Shaun Harrad have improved after manager Paul Peschisolido conceded defeat in his bid to keep him. Ian Sampson's side are confident of agreeing a deal with the striker and after beating the Cobblers to the signature of Calvin Zola this week, Albion are now ready to let him leave. Peschisolido said: "It's looking more likely now that Shaun will want to go. "He has spoken to Northampton and was very keen on going for that deal but we've got to agree the figures with Northampton before that happens. "If the player doesn't want to be here, we've got to look at that."
