Gray: Results are unacceptable

A 32nd-minute strike from Manchester City's on-loan winger Donal McDermott was enough to secure the points although Gray's side were unlucky when Ben Marshall struck a post in the second half. But the manager admitted: "We are in a results industry and at the moment the results are not acceptable. "The hardest thing in football is putting the ball in the back of the net and we are not doing that. We've got two strikers in the team who got 30 goals between them last season so we've got to have more belief in the 18-yard box that we are going to score goals. "When Ben Marshall cut inside and shot, as soon as it left his foot I thought it was going in and those are the thin dividing lines at the moment. "But the disappointing thing is that we started the game off well and caused them problems but we couldn't build on it and we let them back into the match."
